What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If there are any defects in the goods, please inform us. If you need further modifications, you can send the product back to us at your own expense. We will be glad to make satisfactory alterations for you and send it back to you free of charge. However, as each piece is custom-made and the master has devoted a great deal of time and effort to creating unique portraits, we do not accept returns for specific products.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, It is usually 1 to 2 months.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I print more than one pet on a product?
It depends on the kinds of product. You can print multiple pets on the photo album, but only one pet's image can be used in the plush clone.
Can I see the pre-fabricated image of the product before it is finally produced?
Of crouse! For some customized products, we will use emai to send the pre-fabricated image to you. For most products, you can make three modifications before they are completed. We will do our best to provide you with a work that meets your satisfaction.
